The Thrive Programme can help.

 

It’s designed to help support and further develop your skills as a Leader.

With the Thrive programme, you'll get:

  • new insights to leverage your leadership style and strengths

  • clarity on what is important to you as a leader and why

  • understanding of how your goals can be achieved in line with your personal values

  • a realistic and focused developmental action plan for sustained and enhanced performance

This will happen through:

  • either 6 or 10 x 90 minute 1:1 sessions

  • 30 minute meeting with your sponsor (if applicable and funded through an organisation)

  • email support throughout the duration of the programme

All packages are bespoke, however, an example 6 session package could look like this:
